I bought the complete edition before SP2 was announced. Had to pay for SP2. They then invented complete edition 2nd edition. After this, they will invent complete edition 3th edition. (with SP1-3) Edit: on the store page it literally says with complete edition: contains SP1 and SP2.

There's no way to upgrade to the complete edition, we'd have to buy all the DLCs standalone at like $25 each, brutal. : (.
The complete edition year 4, which has all the stuff that really matters (gameplay DLC 1 through 12) goes on sale quite often I believe, and the discount is substantial, like half off. Problem is that it includes base game, which you already have.
