The Ball puzzle is fiddly but you can use Force Push to get it up to the stone path and then use Force Slow to help you run around to the wall panel with a small pipe on and Force Push it along
Same thing happened to me, I defeated the guardian and climbed up that room, went down the slide and now there's an airflow keeping me from crossing some gap and I'm stuck there
Use force to stop the rocks, walk on the lift and stand on the switch on the left side. Like the one in image below.
